At Politecnico there are many forms of support for the right to study and merit. Some of these projects welcome <strong> free donations <\/strong> (starting from 5 euros) and allow the creation of funds that will go to make up a scholarship or doctorate. Other projects require Alumni to form <strong> donor groups <\/strong> capable of fully supporting a female student. Still others invite <strong> companies and institutions <\/strong> to take on this support. Here are some examples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CIRCLE OF DONORS&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dona.polimi.it\/ct_progetti\/circle-of-donors\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.dona.polimi.it \/ ct_progetti \/ circle-of-donors \/ \" target=\" _ self \"> Circle of Donors <\/a> is the program dedicated to donors who wish to support <strong> the best master's students <\/strong>, offering prestigious scholarships in able to compete with those of the best international universities, which attract the most promising young people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-alumni wp-block-embed-alumni\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"6su3SEkqN6\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alumni.polimi.it\/en\/2021\/02\/10\/2-nuove-borse-di-studio-circle-per-sostenere-i-migliori-studenti-del-politecnico-di-milano\/\">Two new \u201cCircle\u201d Scholarships to support the best students of Politecnico Di Milano<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;2 nuove borse di studio &#8220;Circle&#8221; per sostenere i migliori studenti del Politecnico di Milano&#8221; &#8212; Alumni\" src=\"https:\/\/alumni.polimi.it\/2021\/02\/10\/2-nuove-borse-di-studio-circle-per-sostenere-i-migliori-studenti-del-politecnico-di-milano\/embed\/#?secret=AR5KsqOW1d#?secret=6su3SEkqN6\" data-secret=\"6su3SEkqN6\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong> Circle students receive \u20ac 10,000 per year <\/strong> for the two years of the master's degree and have the opportunity to take advantage of a <strong> personal mentoring path with donors <\/strong>. They are chosen on the basis of academic merit criteria from among the best three-year undergraduates who continue their path at the Politecnico also at the Master's. <strong> A \"club of 110 and honors\", serious and focused on the goal <\/strong>: in addition to academic performance, to access the Circle you must respect a very strict schedule and graduate in the first session. Can I do it even if I haven't done the scientific? Will I be good enough? \" Many high school students ask themselves these questions when evaluating the choice of their university path. Many of their comrades also pose them; the difference is that, among girls, only a very small percentage will eventually choose to enroll in an engineering course. clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Politecnico di Milano e Huawei: borse di studio a giovani ricercatori&#8221; &#8212; Alumni\" src=\"https:\/\/alumni.polimi.it\/2021\/02\/04\/politecnico-di-milano-e-huawei-borse-di-studio-a-giovani-ricercatori\/embed\/#?secret=kotFyAZBCw#?secret=pUHu2RvZec\" data-secret=\"pUHu2RvZec\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Edison Foundation in 2021 donated 20 thousand euros for scholarships, to finance <strong> 2 scholarships of 10 thousand euros <\/strong> each, dedicated to <strong> students of the master's degree course in energy engineering <\/strong> -energy engineering of the Politecnico di Milano. The scholarships are named after Eng. <strong> Guido Fossati, Alumnus of the Politecnico <\/strong>, former Director of HR and ICT of Edison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-alumni wp-block-embed-alumni\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"cjw5f9L7Up\"><a href=\"https:\/\/alumni.polimi.it\/en\/2021\/06\/25\/fondazione-edison-dona-20-mila-euro-per-borse-di-studio\/\">Edison Foundation sponsor two scholarships for a total of 20.000 euros<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Fondazione Edison dona 20 mila euro per borse di studio&#8221; &#8212; Alumni\" src=\"https:\/\/alumni.polimi.it\/2021\/06\/25\/fondazione-edison-dona-20-mila-euro-per-borse-di-studio\/embed\/#?secret=XQyWTXt7TM#?secret=cjw5f9L7Up\" data-secret=\"cjw5f9L7Up\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Finally, a special mention to the <strong> Fondazione Poffe <\/strong>, which established the <strong> Andrea Poffe Fellowship for Young Talents <\/strong> in memory of Andrea Poffe, Alumnus in Mechanical Engineering who died prematurely in 2020 at the age of forty 'years.
